On April 22, 2024, the atmosphere at Court Grammar School was electrifying as the prestigious West Coast Eagles Football Club graced our grounds to host a football clinic. The event, which catered to students from Years 3 to 6, brought together budding athletes and seasoned professionals for a Afternoon filled with excitement, learning, and inspiration.
Under the guidance of Tim Kelly, Harvey Johnston, Coen Livingstone, Lachlan Rowlinson and Clay Hall some of the Eagles' finest players, our students had the unique opportunity to participate in a series of engaging drills and activities. From perfecting their hand passes to mastering the art of kicking, each drill was expertly designed to enhance skills and foster a love for the game.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the chance for our students to rub shoulders with their football heroes. Meeting and interacting with members of the West Coast Eagles not only provided valuable insights into the world of professional football but also left an indelible mark on our young sports enthusiasts.
